The Lincolnshire Good Home Alliance is a ground-breaking project working to improve housing condition, health & wellbeing outcomes for residents across Lincolnshire. Funded by Lincolnshire County and District councils, the Good Home Alliance works across housing, health, social care and other organisations to identify housing condition issues, provide advice on available options and deliver practical support to enable people to stay safe, warm and well at home. The Advice and Caseworker has a particular focus on supporting people to address housing condition issues, including hoarded homes and fire safety; improve energy efficiency, and connect households to available solutions, services or trades.
