Located in Ottershaw, our establishment offers an unparalleled golfing experience amidst stunning surroundings.Responsibilities:Lead and assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including managing tee times, golf carts, and practice areasManage and uphold the standards, policies and procedures of golf operations,Monitor and enforce high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities including the changing rooms, the Pro Shop, the Halfway Houses and buggies.Assist the department management team in leading, training and mentoring the golf operations, retail and services teams.Oversee and promote the Trackman driving range and other physical practice facilities, as well as leading the long-term development of the facilities.Support the Retail Manager and Operations Manager in the execution of daily tasks, events and functions, tournaments and Group Golf Days.Demonstrate and encourage excellent customer service skills; greeting and welcoming members and guests, providing assistance with check-in, reservations, and inquiriesAssist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the golf shopRequirements:Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environmentPassion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureFlexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills for processing reservations and transactionsBenefits:Competitive salary packageCompany pension scheme
