Golf Club - Chef de Partie

Blue Arrow has exciting new Chef de Partie role in a golf club - South-West London.

Working 5 in 7 days per week with overtime paid for events.

Hours of work 8am to 4pm.

Monday - Friday plus overtime at weekends.

* Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectively

* The ability to delegate tasks appropriately

* Ability to work without close supervision and deliver quality work

* Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills

* Good communication with all members of the team
