Salary: £45,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van and Fuel Card Location: North/East London Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and qualified Gold Card Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical testing, inspection, remedial works, and PAT testing across residential social housing properties. Key Responsibilities Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Carry out electrical testing and inspections in occupied and void properties. Complete remedial works arising from inspection reports. Undertake Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). Perform maintenance and repair work within communal areas. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with current BS7671 regulations. Accurately complete certification and compliance documentation. Deliver high standards of customer service while working in residents'' homes and communal environments. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels. Requirements Essential ECS Gold Card Electrician. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification (or equivalent).
