Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Hours: 12-Hour Shifts: Week 1 – Mon to Wed | Week 2 – Thurs to Sat
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Reporting to: Production Manager
Permanent | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced High-Speed Gluing Operator ideally with knowledge of Signature folder gluers and HSS glue systems. If you take pride in precision and want to be part of a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment – we want to hear from you.

The Job:

• Set up, run, and maintain Signature folder gluers (Crash lock, Straight-line, Pillow packs)
• Operate and monitor HSS glue systems, including glue detection
• Conduct quality checks to meet exacting standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Interpret job tickets and production specs accurately
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and reduce waste

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 4+ years operating high-speed folder gluers (Signature preferred)
• Solid experience with HSS glue systems & detection
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and quality assurance
• A reliable, team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work shift patterns and occasional overtime
