As a Lead Child Protection Practitioner, they will provide decisive leadership in critical moments for children, oversee complex child protection work, model excellent practice and support colleagues to strengthen confidence, professional curiosity and critical thinking. Working within Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams, they will strengthen partnership working with health, education, police and other agencies to ensure children receive timely help and protection.
