Global Transformation PMO

Manpower are currently seeking an interim Global Transformation PMO, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based at Blackfriars on London''s Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 52,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements. We are looking for an organised, proactive PMO professional to support a major global transformation programme within Home Care. The role supports the Global RandD Lead and works closely with strategy, portfolio, and cross-functional teams across regions and markets.The PMO will help ensure smooth programme governance, consistent data and reporting, and strong coordination across teams.Key Responsibilities Programme Governance and CoordinationSupport the end-to-end governance cycle for a global transformation programme.Prepare agendas, pre-reads, action logs, decisions, and follow-ups for recurring leadership and project meetings.Keep programme information aligned, up to date, and consistent across global and regional teams.Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation ..... full job details .....
