You''ll act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external event agencies, taking projects from initial planning through to onsite execution.This opportunity would suit someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and has a strong background delivering trade shows, exhibitions, or large-scale B2B events.Key Responsibilities: Taking full ownership of a global trade show and exhibition programme. Managing external trade show agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Creating and managing event timelines, project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinating stand design, production, logistics, shipping, and onsite delivery. Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, leadership, and operations teams. Ensuring consistency of brand presence across all international events. Managing suppliers, contractors, venues, and external partners.
