Mode Search is supporting an international luxury lifestyle brand in the search for a Global Trade Marketing and Client Development Manager.

This strategic role is focused on driving global brand visibility and deepening client engagement across high-end retail environments and hospitality partners.Role details:

This is a full-time, in-office role based on Sloane Street, London. The position reports directly to the CEO and includes regular partner meetings across London throughout the week. The role will also require occasional international travel in support of global retail and marketing initiatives.The Role

Develop and execute the global trade marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, retail animations, product launches, and VIP client initiativesManage and optimise the global trade marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and forecasting aligned with brand prioritiesLead negotiations with retail partners to secure premium visibility, activation opportunities, and uphold brand presentation standardsDesign and implement CRM-driven client development strategies to enhance loyalty, identify key client segments, and support boutique teams in high-touch engagementCoordinate with Retail and Digital departments to ensure a seamless, 360° client journey across all touchpointsSupport wholesale accounts in elevating brand presence through targeted marketing and conversion-driven activationsCollaborate with Sales, PR, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across physical and digital platformsTrack and evaluate the performance of all marketing and client development initiatives to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvementRequirements

5–8+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation within luxury goods (home décor, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)Demonstrated success in client development and CRM-based strategies within flagship stores and key international marketsExperience collaborating with premium department stores and renowned independent retailersProven ability to engage high-net-worth individuals through curated experiences and exclusive eventsExcellent negotiation skills and a diplomatic approach to external partnershipsStrong brand sensitivity and creative storytelling capabilitiesSkilled in cross-functional project management across internal teams and external agenciesExperience in budget planning and cost managementFluent in English; proficiency in French is a plusBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Sales, or a related fieldHow to apply
