Global Team Leader - Affiliate marketing

Purpose of position Responsible for SLA delivery, the strategic and commercial growth of a client portfolio consisting mainly of Premium SLA clients whilst leading and developing a team of AMs. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the role combines hands-on client ownership of major brands with people leadership, ensuring both client outcomes and team capability are advanced in parallel. Key Tasks Own the strategic direction and day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of top-tier client accounts, with a focus on GP growth. Develop and execute program strategies that drive client growth, retention, and performance. Lead affiliate recruitment, performance monitoring, and optimisation activities across managed accounts. Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, providing sound judgement and recommended solutions. Maintain clear, proactive communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, including onboarding, regular feedback, performance reviews, and ongoing support. Allocate client portfolios across the team, taking into account each team member''s qualifications and experience Supervise team-managed client campaigns and monitor delivery against agreed KPIs and quality standards.
