This pivotal role will involve leading clinical operations management and ensuring the successful delivery of global clinical trials.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the study management aspects of multiple studies within an asset''s portfolio, adhering to ICH-GCP and company processes.Develop essential study documents, including study protocols and training materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.Collaborate with Analytics and Portfolio Optimisation (APO) teams to enhance efficiency and ensure a patient-centric approach in study delivery.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational quality and efficiency, proactively addressing any risks to timelines or quality.Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the study lifecycle.Contribute to the development of innovative approaches in clinical operations, driving continuous improvement and aligning with industry best practises.Qualifications:Relevant operations experience in ..... full job details .....
