Global Strategy Delivery Manager

This is an opportunity for someone with a background in consulting, banking, or a related field, looking to step into their first in-house strategy or operations role. You will contribute to a variety of strategic, and operational initiatives, supporting senior team members and gaining exposure to business challenges across Aristocrat’s global operations.What you\''ll do

Support the delivery of group-wide strategic, commercial, and operational projectsConduct financial, commercial, and operational analysis to inform business decisionsDrive, assist and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomesCollaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forwardPrepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadersWhat we\''re looking for

2–3 years’ experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role with emphasis on Program ManagementStrong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailCritical decisioning and judgementStrong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levelsProactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a low-ego, team-oriented approachStrong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize actionsWhy Aristocrat?
