We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Global Sales Manager to lead Micropack’s commercial growth across our key markets. This position oversees three regional sales managers (Americas, Middle East and Asia-Pacific) and has direct responsibility for Europe. You’ll lead strategy, grow partnerships, manage your region, and ensure consistent sales delivery across the globe.Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor three regional sales managers; set targets and ensure alignment with business strategy.Manage high-value accounts across Europe.Develop and execute international go-to-market plans.Manage global distributor relationships and commercial partnerships.Produce sales forecasts and reporting for senior management.Support bid teams with high-value project tenders.Communicate market trends to product and engineering teams.Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience leading international sales teams in fire detection, industrial safety, or automation.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience.Technical aptitude to understand and explain detection technologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Willingness to travel internationally (-30–40%).Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of hazardous area regulations (ATEX/IECEx/FM).How to Apply
