OverviewInternational Sales Director – Global Consumer Goods
A well-established consumer goods business is seeking a proven International Sales Director to lead the next phase of global growth. Renowned for high-quality, design-led products sold through major retailers and distributors worldwide, the business is entering an exciting expansion phase.
The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the international sales strategy across the UK and Ireland, Europe and Asia. You will manage a small team of direct reports and a wider team of 15, shaping market entry plans, building capabilities, and delivering step-change revenue growth.
Key Focus Areas
Set and execute a global sales strategy for mature and emerging markets
Identify and open new territories, building strategic partnerships and distribution networks
Establish a unified commercial framework to improve efficiency and profitability
Recruit, mentor, and inspire regional sales leaders and their teams
Represent the business at major international trade shows and industry events
About You
12+ years of senior sales leadership experience in international consumer goods or related sectors
Proven track record of delivering multi-region revenue growth and managing large, diverse teams
Commercially astute with strong PandL management skills and market insight
Energetic, strategic leader comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel internationally
