Interim Global Revenue Controller6 month contract - £600 - £700 per day (potentially outside IR35)Manchester City Centre - Hybrid working - 2 days per weekThe OpportunityThe role sits within the Global Finance Services (GFS) function and reports to the Head of Order to Cash.You will oversee existing centralised revenue activities while leading the transition of remaining revenue accounting processes into the shared services model, with the goal of delivering a fully operational, self-sufficient central revenue function.The RoleThis is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring strong IFRS 15 and revenue recognition expertise and experience in finance transformation or shared services transitions. You will operate at senior stakeholder level while managing both BAU activity and transition workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee revenue recognition and month-end close for transitioned entitiesLead the end-to-end transition of revenue processes into GFSAssess current processes, define readiness criteria, and deliver structured transitionsEnsure consistency of policies, controls, and compliance post-transitionManage risks, issues, and programme reportingAct as the key link between divisional finance teams and GFSSupport audit requirements and ensure strong control frameworksDeliver a complete handover to a fully independent central teamCandidate ProfileQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong IFRS 15 expertise in complex, multi-entity environmentsProven ..... full job details .....
