My client are undergoing a global finance transformation, centred around a NetSuite implementation.This is an initial 6 month contract working 2/3 days a week onsite in Central London.This role will take ownership of the end-to-end Record to Report process, with a focus on defining and embedding a scalable global framework. The current environment is fragmented, with inconsistencies across close, consolidation and reporting processes, and requires a hands-on individual to drive meaningful change.This is not a design-only role. You will be expected to operate as a "doer", working closely with finance teams to standardise processes, improve reporting accuracy and ensure adoption across multiple regions.Key responsibilities:Define and implement a global Record to Report framework across multiple regionsIdentify inefficiencies across general ledger, close, consolidation and reporting processesLead NetSuite process design and optimisation for Record to ReportDrive improvements in close cycles, reporting accuracy and financial controlsStandardise chart of accounts and reporting structures across the organisationWork closely with Finance teams, including ..... full job details .....
