In this role, you''ll work alongside our PAC Director and Senior Management Team providing them with strategic and operational support. If you thrive on turning strategy into action, using data to solve problems, and helping teams navigate positive change, we''d love to hear from you! What you''ll be doing Leading Exciting Global Projects: You will take the reins on key People and Culture initiatives, keep track of our team goals. Guiding Teams Through Change: You will be our expert for change management, championing new HR technologies and helping our staff transition smoothly through new ways of working. Turning Data into Insights: You''ll design, deliver, and oversee corporate dashboards, workforce analytics, and KPIs to help our leadership team make smart, data informed decisions. Building Connections: Represent PAC in global, cross directorate project groups and build strong relationships with other organisations, forums and consortiums. What we are looking for: Proven Project Experience: You''ve successfully managed complex People project lifecycles in a global setting (whether in the INGO or commercial sector).
