Lead the development, scaling, and optimization of infrastructure supporting BCG’s AI-driven platforms, particularly GenAI. You’ll work with engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:

Lead infrastructure initiatives to scale GenAI platforms.Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure) to ensure performance and reliability.Manage uptime, monitoring, and system reliability of the platform.Drive the product lifecycle of infrastructure-related features.Represent end-user needs in infrastructure decisions to enhance experience.Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry best practices.Use real-time monitoring to troubleshoot and improve scalability.Required Experience and Skills:

10–12+ years in product management focusing on infrastructure and cloud tech.Proven success launching and managing enterprise-scale platforms.Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and security architecture.Experience optimizing uptime, monitoring, and system performance.Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.Skilled in working cross-functionally and translating technical needs into business solutions.Experienced in Agile product management and team leadership.Work closely with your development squad (dev, design, QA).Partner with internal customers to align platform needs.Collaborate with Product Portfolio Leaders on vision and KPIs.Coordinate with Scrum Leaders, other Product Owners, and Agile Coaches.Global Data Governance Lead - Data Layer - Atlanta, GA
