We are recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned software organisation who are looking for a Global Payroll Manager who will support the organisation on a journey as they transition to a global team collaborating with both local and international team members.Role:

£63,000 - £75,000 per annumKey Responsibilities

Drive performance and development of a 4-person payroll analyst teamResponsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK, Ireland and South Africa with your team.Leveraging automation and tools to refine payroll operations.Continuously working on process improvements and looking for automation opportunities.Providing strategic oversight of global payroll functions.Identifying and implementing enhancements.Led global payroll operations using SAP across multiple regions.Minimum Qualifications
