As the primary point of contact for the client, you will deal with all client issues, ensuring an on-time and coordinated order delivery. You will plan & schedule customer orders, ensuring on time delivery and customer requirements are met. This is a fast paced, global environment. Ideal for someone who has worked in a similar client facing role. -Supply Chain, Planning, Scheduling, Customer Service, or Order Management backgrounds would be ideal. Please note that this will face into the US Marketplace and will have an associated shift pattern (2 pm-10pm). A 10% shift allowance will be awarded as part of your overall package.
