A leading Employer Solutions team is recruiting for a

Global Mobility Tax Associate Director (Senior Manager)

to help lead their Reading based team and to continue growing their regional client base.This is a key hire for the team, where the incumbent will be involved in the strategic growth and development of the Employer Solutions offering in Reading / Thames Valley region, whilst also working with other clients in London and across the UK. The Tax team advises clients of various size and across many different industries, including start-up enterprises, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies and larger corporations.Responsibilities

Managing your own client list and being the main point of contact on client side and with VIPsResponsible for ensuring compliance objectives are metLeading the successful delivery of advisory and technical projectsDevelop business from new and existing clientsCoach, mentor, lead and develop junior team membersMaintaining a high level of tax technical knowledge and keeping up to date with any legislative changesYou

You will be a confident communicator and team player, have commercial acumen and be risk aware. You will also be either ATT or CTA qualified, currently working in a similar position in a Global Mobility / Employer Solutions team.Benefits
