Global Mobility and Immigration Ops Analyst

Intro Responding to the growth of the business internationally, the changing landscape of Global Mobility and Immigration, the increased focus on international compliance and the complexity of moving our people into current and new locations including cross border workers and business travellers, we have a need for a Global Mobility Operations Analyst. This vacancy is based in the Global Mobility team within the Reward function which has teams in London and Livingston. The Global Mobility Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the operational control, reporting and continuous improvement of Global Mobility, Immigration and International Working activity. Working closely with the Global Mobility Operations Manager, the role strengthens data quality and compliance controls, produces insight for operational monitoring and audit readiness, and supports effective decision-making. The role applies sound judgement and technical understanding to review activity, identify exceptions, interpret data and improve process documentation. It also helps maintain controlled, repeatable ways of working by identifying risks, clarifying requirements and updating operational guidance across core processes.
