The Global Immigration Senior Manager role is part of KPMG''s Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice, which sits within the firm\''s Tax and Legal services. It is a demanding, high-level position that involves advising multinational organizations on one of their most complex challenges: managing an international workforce. The position requires a blend of technical immigration knowledge, client-facing experience, and strong commercial acumen.Global Immigration Senior Manager

We are growing strongly and we need an experienced Senior Manager to manage corporate client portfolios, provide expert technical advice, lead client accounts, manage projects, and contribute to business development and operational efficiency within KPMG''s global immigration practice.Key responsibilities

Provide technical advice and guidance to a portfolio of corporate clients on global immigration mattersOversee complex immigration projects, including leading implementation and process optimization initiatives for clientsAdvise companies on immigration policy, global employer compliance, and large international mobility programsLead and develop immigration teams, including working with local offices and managing global processes and technologySupport with business development and contribute to new service offerings by leveraging client insights and technical expertiseRequired skills

Deep understanding and significant experience of managing global immigration programmes, including compliance and process managementStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skills and ability to manage projects, lead teams and drive operational efficiencyStrong relationship management skills and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clientsLeadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Experience of contributing to business development activities, strategic initiatives and the development of new service offeringsAwareness of relevant tax and social security issues is also beneficial.Fluent communication skills in English are essential for this role.
