Global HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our Global HR function and drive a people-centred agenda across our international operations. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the post holder is the organisation''s lead authority on global HR and provides expert HR advice including employment law guidance to senior leaders, line managers, country directors and staff across global operations. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, setting personal and team priorities and workload to achieve the department''s objectives within the strategic framework. Working closely with Directors, Heads of Department, Country Directors and senior stakeholders, you will ensure that our people strategies support organisational objectives while fostering a values based culture. As a member of the People and Culture Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping organisational strategy, leading complex HR initiatives and ensuring our global people practices reflect both best practice and our organisational values.
