Global Health and Safety Lead

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Global QHSE Lead to join our team. The individual acts as the lead subject matter expert for client and CBRE FM function and is required to provide guidance and assurance to client on compliance to Health and Safety requirements across all Client locations. You will provide leadership and support to the CBRE FM Team on health and safety matters and will drive client health and safety initiatives and corporate goals. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with Client Asset Managers and key stakeholders in order to establish credibility from a health and safety perspective.Partner with People Team to drive employee wellness and safety initiatives.Implement and oversee Health and Safety audit plan and manage issues through to completion in a timely manner.Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of best practice health and safety policies and proceduresMeasure and report on health and safety performance against agreed targetsOwn and lead HS committee/forumsSupports Client RFPs and bidding process by completing and providing the necessary HS data/informationOwn the Health and Safety e-learning online software.Lead and drive ISO45001 strategyEnsure CBRE team health and safety competence levels are continually satisfactoryProvide managerial oversight to the HandS compliance of all supply partners, ensuring best practice ..... full job details .....
