This role will require 3 days per week onsite in London, this is non-negotiable. The successful candidate will also come from a large, global organisation with a complex technology function. Responsibilities: Define and lead the global strategy for digital workplace services, ensuring employees across all regions have a seamless, secure and productive technology experience. Own the vision and roadmap for modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, identity services and end-user computing. Drive continuous improvement of the employee digital experience, using feedback, usage insights and performance metrics to shape future service design. Lead the organisation-wide adoption of workplace technologies, ensuring maximum engagement, utilisation and business value.
