Global Head of Learning and Development London NEWLY CREATED ROLE Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with an international business going through huge growth to recruit a Global Head of Learning and Development. This is a newly created role with a seat on the Senior Leadership Team and plenty of opportunity to shape what learning and development looks like across the business. We''re looking for someone who gets excited about building things, enjoys understanding what makes a business tick and can help its people grow alongside it. The Role There is a real mix of strategy and day-to-day delivery here. You could be working with senior leaders on the longer-term learning agenda one day, then facilitating a leadership session or supporting your team with an immediate business need the next. You''ll lead an international LandD team, build relationships across the business and bring structure where it''s needed, while leaving room for curiosity and creativity. Key responsibilities include: Shaping a global learning and development strategy that supports the business through its next stage of growth. Working closely with senior leaders to understand where development will make the biggest difference. Leading, supporting and developing an international LandD team. Creating and delivering leadership development that managers can put into practice. Using Insights to help people better understand themselves and how they work with others.
