      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are working with a PE-backed international business looking for their first Global Head of Enterprise Architecture. The organisation is growing through acquisition and major transformation, and technology will play a key part in bringing new businesses into the Group. The Role  Define where the Group''s technology landscape needs to go. Build and develop a strong architecture capability. Shape the technology approach to MandA and post-acquisition integration. Support large-scale business and technology change. Reduce complexity across an international technology estate. Partner with the CIO and senior business leaders on major technology choices and investment. Make sure key technology decisions are practical, commercially sound and support future growth.  Experience Needed  An established Head of Enterprise Architecture, EA Director or Chief Architect. Experience within a PE-backed, acquisitive or MandA-driven business. Strong exposure to acquisition integration and large-scale transformation. Broad experience across enterprise technology rather than one specialist area.
