Global Head of Enterprise Architecture MandA Transformation We''re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed global business to appoint a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture, reporting directly to the CIO. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for shaping the organisation''s global technology architecture and long-term strategy. We''re looking for an established Enterprise Architecture leader who has operated in a complex global environment and has experience of MandA, acquisitions, carve-outs or major business transformation. A key part of the role will be helping shape the architecture and integration playbook for future acquisitions. The Role Own and develop the global Enterprise Architecture strategy, target architecture and roadmap. Lead and develop a team of six Senior Architects. Provide architecture leadership across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security. Shape the architecture approach for acquisitions and business integration, from due diligence and current-state assessment through to target architecture, integration, rationalisation and transition. Establish and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies and governance. Align technology strategy with business growth, transformation and investment priorities. Lead architecture across major global transformation and technology modernisation programmes. Drive simplification and rationalisation across a complex international technology landscape.
