Global Head of Enterprise Architecture - Hybrid

We''re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed business to appoint a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture reporting directly to the CIO with responsibility for defining and delivering the global Enterprise Architecture strategy. This is a key hire, experience within a PE-backed environment, carve-out or major business transformation is essential. The Role Own and develop the global Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap. Lead and manage a team of six Senior Architects, providing strategic direction, coaching and oversight across the Enterprise Architecture function. Ensure technology and architecture strategy is aligned with wider business objectives and transformation programmes. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies and governance. Lead cross-domain architecture across a large and complex international technology environment. Develop long-term architecture roadmaps supporting business growth, transformation and technology modernisation. Work closely with senior business and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into clear architecture direction. Provide architecture leadership across major transformation and change programmes. Drive improvements across the Enterprise Architecture function, including processes, governance, tools and ways of working.
