This role demands a skilled cyber specialist with deep expertise in cyber claims, capable of managing complex, high-profile cases and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering the claims strategy, focusing on effective claims handling within London, which serves as the engine house of the claims strategy. Setting standards and ensuring trend analysis across all regions writing cyber business, managing the global cyber claims portfolio. Taking referrals from the team and devising strategies for the most intricate and high-profile claims. Responsible for upward and outward reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters, reserving actuaries, and the claims leadership team. Oversight of delegated portfolios and service standards.
