Global Head of Communications and Marketing We are seeking a strategic and hands-on communications leader to shape the global profile of an international heritage charity and its commercial work. Position: Global Head of Communications and MarketingLocation: Home-based in the UK, with frequent travel to London and international travel as requiredSalary: £52,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experienceHours: Full-timeClosing Date: 4 October 2026 The closing date may be brought forward if a high volume of applications is received. About the Role This is an influential leadership role responsible for developing and delivering a global communications and marketing strategy across multiple countries, audiences and channels. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will help position the organisation as a leading heritage charity, a trusted partner for commercial collaborations and a powerful advocate for artisans and cultural heritage. Combining strategic leadership with practical delivery, you will oversee brand, marketing, media relations, digital communications, thought leadership and internal communications. You will also lead a fully remote communications team and work closely with creative, commercial, fundraising and country teams.
