12 Month Fixed Term ContractThe OpportunityIn this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of the function and join a team committed to raising the bar in finance operations. Your mission: to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial analysis across the Group’s PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow, while driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.What you''ll be doing:Producing high-quality monthly management reports with insightful commentary

Leading co-ordination of global audit deliverables and key financial control processes

Supporting technical accounting areas, such as IFRS 9 and ECL methodologies

Driving improvements in systems, processes, and risk-based controls

Playing a hands-on role in transformation projects and finance operations analysis

What You BringThis is a fantastic role for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with proven post-qualified experience in large, complex organisations.You’ll need:Deep understanding of financial and management reporting in line with IFRS

Strong analytical skills and an eye for risk and process improvement

A proactive mindset and excellent stakeholder management capabilities

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and D365 experience would be a real advantage
