Global Finance and Business Management Apprenticeship Program - LondonWe’re looking for passionate students in their last year at school or college who want to kick-start their careers in Global Finance and Business Management while undertaking their professional accountancy qualification (Level 4 AAT). Completion of the qualification is mandatory as part of this Program.Responsibilities

As an Apprentice in Global Finance and Business Management, you will work with colleagues across various lines of business—driving growth, ensuring operational effectiveness, managing risk and maintaining our global reputation for excellence. You’ll gain insight into how our businesses come together to serve clients worldwide and contribute to firmwide success.Work in one of the following Finance teams through rotations and on-the-job experiences: Product Control, Legal Entity Control, Financial Control, Planning and Analysis, Regulatory Reporting and Capital Policy, Program Management, or Business Management.Collaborate with teams to develop analytical, technical and leadership skills during the 2-year program, with opportunities for progression based on performance.Programs and Opportunities

Top-performing Apprentices have the opportunity to be promoted to Analyst at the end of the 2-year program.After completing the Apprenticeship, high-performing Apprentices may join the Global Finance and Business Management Graduate Program, which includes 3 one-year rotations within Finance and Business Management and may lead to promotion to Associate level.The Graduate Program also offers the opportunity to complete the CIMA qualification.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics (grade 6/B) and English Language (grade 4/C) PLUS3 A-levels at grades A, B, B (or IB equivalent) predicted or achieved (or equivalent qualifications that equate to 128 UCAS). Please include grades in your CV.Eligibility for Apprenticeship Levy FundingA well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial managementBasic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysisProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and WordAbility to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environmentLeadership experience in school or community organizationOther interests and achievements demonstrating the kind of person you are and the value you would bring to the teamAdditional Information
