JPMorgan Chase and Co., London, United KingdomJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead Infrastructure Underwriting within Global Credit Financing (GCF) in Credit Trading. This role has a global scope within Markets.The successful candidate will focus on private credit portfolio financing opportunities, aiming to grow the business to $10bn. Responsibilities include working closely with clients such as private credit funds, asset managers, and BDCs to provide infrastructure asset-backed financing solutions, conducting detailed investment discussions, and collaborating with sales, origination, and structuring teams to develop appropriate financing structures.Key Responsibilities:Report directly to the Global Head of Underwriting for Credit Financing in NYManage risk across infrastructure financing solutions, including energy, transportation, digital sectorsAssess and opine on the structure of financing facilitiesEngage with clients to understand their investments and demonstrate JPMorgan''s expertiseDevelop strategic initiatives to innovate and expand the businessLead a team and mentor junior staffCoordinate with Credit Risk and Market Risk teamsQualifications and Skills:Extensive experience in infrastructure-related credit risk, investment banking, or portfolio management, with strong credit analysis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a global teamStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAbility to perform under pressure with a strong work ethicAbility to analyze macroeconomic impacts on credit portfoliosThis role involves UK regulated activities and requires meeting UK regulatory standards, including potential approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority.About Us:J.P.
