Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.Create and analyze financial modelsOrganize and prepare client presentationsHelp manage transaction processesAssist in structuring transactionsGain exposure to the firm''s businesses and develop key analytical, communications and marketing skillsAssociates develop financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis, and are actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (MandA) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances. They organize and prepare presentations, explain industry trends, assess clients'' situations to provide financial advice, and recommend strategies to meet client goals. They coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions; lead due diligence processes and participate in negotiations of legal documentation. From maintaining client communication to helping Goldman Sachs structure client transactions, Associates are a vital part of Goldman Sachs'' banking team investments.Skills and Experience We\''re Looking For
