      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | FULLY REMOTE WORKING  We are looking for a GIS Technician to support a busy design and build team delivering GIS outputs across multiple projects. This is a data focused role, working with QGIS, ArcGIS, internal mapping tools and remote sensing data. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, validating, and maintaining spatial data to support project delivery.  This role would suit someone with at least 6 months commercial GIS experience, a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in working with geospatial data.  Responsibilities  The GIS Technician will be involved in a range of GIS data capture editing and quality assurance tasks.   Creating, editing, and maintaining spatial datasets using QGIS, ArcGIS, and RS.
