Working with ArcGIS Pro, historic Ordnance Survey mapping and AddressBase data, you will identify residential property locations and assign accurate property centroids and, where available, Unique Property Reference Numbers (UPRNs). This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve incomplete or inaccurate address information using a range of spatial data sources. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A degree in GIS, Geography, Urban Planning or a related subject (or equivalent experience). Experience of geocoding and working with GIS software, particularly ArcGIS Pro or QGIS. Strong analytical and data management skills, including data quality assurance and basic SQL.
