Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated Girls'' PE lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5). Encourage female students to become confident and independent participants and leaders in physical activity and sport. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the growth of girls'' sport. Contribute to the planning and assessment of the Girls'' PE curriculum and extracurricular sports, with a focus on developing leadership skills. TLR opportunities are available for candidates with the skills and ambition to lead in areas such as curriculum innovation in girls'' PE, assessment strategies tailored to female athletes, or the development of female student leadership within sport.
