We are looking for a dynamic coach to plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and matches on a weekly basis. You will complete session plans prior to every session in conjunction with the syllabus. You will also support with our girl s academy players individual development plan process for each player in the primary age-group you re working with. Most of the sessions will be during the evenings and weekends, so you must have a flexible approach to your working hours. Your coaching background You must be enthusiastic about player development in the younger ages, providing a high-support, high-challenge mindset towards coaching. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry, and previous experience working with academy players.
