I''m currently recruiting for an experienced Support and Wellbeing Advisor to join a specialist organisation supporting veterans and individuals with complex needs on a 6 month agency contract.The role would suit candidates with backgrounds in wellbeing, social care, welfare, housing support, community support, advocacy or case management.Location: GlasgowContract: 6 Months InitiallyRate: 26-28ph UmbrellaHours: Full Time 37.5 HoursKey responsibilities include:- Managing a varied caseload of service users- Providing holistic wellbeing and welfare support- Supporting vulnerable individuals, including those in crisis- Working alongside statutory and third sector partners- Delivering trauma-informed support plans- Maintaining accurate case records and outcome reportingCandidates with experience in any of the following environments are encouraged to apply:- Veterans services- Housing support- Mental health/community support- Welfare rights- Social Care- Complex needs supportTo be considered, you should have:- Previous case management/support experience- Experience supporting vulnerable adults or complex needs clients- Strong safeguarding awareness- Excellent communication and partnership working skillsEden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
