Passionate German Teacher Wanted in Hammersmith & Fulham! Diverse Secondary School

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Role: German Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive German lessons across Key Stages 3-4, and potentially A-Level.
• Inspire students to develop strong German language skills and an appreciation for German culture.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the German curriculum within a diverse and inclusive context.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in German.
• Potentially contribute to extracurricular language clubs or cultural exchange programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in German.
• Degree in German or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching German at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Native or near-native fluency in German and a strong knowledge of German culture.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in German within a diverse framework.
• A commitment to fostering a love of language learning and intercultural understanding within a brilliant and encouraging setting.
