Job Overview The School is seeking a German Teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons from beginner to A-level. This is a permanent, between part-time 0.7 (FTE) and full-time position. The key areas of responsibility are as follows: Teaching and Learning Plan, prepare and teach a timetable of German across all age-ranges as directed by the Head of MFL and Deputy Head. Be aware of the diverse needs within any given class and to differentiate lessons and resources accordingly. Understand and implement the aims and objectives of the School and the department, and to contribute to its vibrant and creative atmosphere. Regularly mark pupils'' work and engage in continual assessment of pupils'' progress, preparing lessons accordingly. Set and mark Private Study (homework) according to the timetable and in line with departmental policy. Maintain attractive displays of pupils work in the classroom. Provide feedback to parents in the form of grades, written reports and parents'' meetings as required by the School.
