- Salary:35,000 - -40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
As a-Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries.
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct competency-based telephone and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records.
- Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre-employment process.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting.
- Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms.
- Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe.
- Contribute to cross-border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent German language skills (essential).
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in-Talent Acquisition,-Recruitment, or-Full Cycle Recruiting.
- Experience recruiting across European or international markets, recruitment within professional services or corporate environments
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach.
