This company offers great benefits in terms on holidays, death in service etc. Job Description for the German Speaking Customer Sales Administrator role: Entering orders, quotes and sample requests for customers onto the system, ensuring all the necessary information for internal departments is complete and accurate Progressing orders and sample order requests to ensure they are dispatched in a timely manner and correctly Logging customer complaints into the CRM system, liaising with Quality Control and keeping the customer updated on the progress Confidently answering customer enquiries via telephone and email Ensuring full and accurate dispatch information is provided to the customer It would be good to see German Speaking Sales Administrator candidates with the following experience: Fluent German language skills - ..... full job details .....
