If you’re highly organised, a fantastic communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – this is your moment.As a Recruitment Coordinator for the German market, you’ll be at the heart of campaign delivery – recruiting, briefing, and managing top-tier talent for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll be working across a range of promotional and experiential campaigns, from in-store activations to global events. No two days are the same.Your responsibilities will include:Recruiting and booking talent for campaigns across GermanyConducting phone briefings and creating detailed staff profilesRunning staffing admin and supporting campaign managersSupporting with content and managing staff communicationsBuilding relationships with the field teamsWhat You’ll Bring:Previous experience or a degree in events, staffing, or HRGerman speaker to native standardsFluent in English to business standardsA confident communicator with a great phone mannerSuper-organised, working well under pressureStrong admin and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)A proactive mindset and team-first attitudeThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, offering a salary range of £30,000-34,000 depending on experience and a generous benefits package (28 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays, Bupa Health insurance, Mental Health scheme, varied monetary benefits from home office kit, blue light glasses, fitness kit, and more), in addition to a great team culture with monthly team lunch, Friday early finish and Summer and Winter Parties.
