German-speaking Marketplace / E-commerce Executive (Hybrid, will consider remote) Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 Location: Guildford Contract type: Permanent, full time Work format: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office (will consider remote) We are a fast-growing company seeking a motivated German-speaking E-commerce Executive to join our team of 30. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about e-commerce, online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Otto, Kaufland, MediaMarkt etc.), and DTC sales. You will play a key role in managing and optimising our online marketplace presence, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Director to: Support the setup, management and optimisation of product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Otto, Kaufland, MediaMarkt and other target marketplaces using the channel software system Channel Engine. Create, edit and optimise product descriptions, titles and images in German to improve visibility and conversion rates. Track key performance indicators, analyse sales data and report on performance to identify areas for improvement. Monitor and handle reviews from German-speaking customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Support marketplace sponsorship opportunities and advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities.
