German Speaking Customer Services Role

CSA is required to work as part of a dynamic team in a busy office serving the whole of the European, Middle Eastern and African Market for our clients Photovoltaic and Advanced Materials.This is a very varied role as we hold our customer base as the most valuable asset of our organisation. Effective customer care accelerates our growth and customer service reps connect everyone in the company to the customer, which makes this role very important.Main responsibilities:handling customers requests, processing customer quotations and order entry into SAP;working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in order entry, data handling and customer communicationbuilding and maintaining customer relationships;completing administrative tasks including e-filing and running reportstriaging customer inquiries; routing complex issues (trade compliance, credit/AR, technical documentation) to appropriate partners.Maintaining records and following documented procedures;Key skills:customer focusresponsive to both external customers and colleaguesProfessional communication skills (phone/email); active listening; service mindsetcapable to work under pressure and deliver resultsreliable team playerconfident in IT skills - ERP (e.g., SAP) and MS Officecapable to work both under close supervision and independentlyAdvantages could be:Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Excel, Outlook email, MSSharepoint, MSTeamsPrevious experience in customer servicePrevious experience in logistics (eg air ..... full job details .....
