German Speaking Customer Service and Key Account Representative Hull Up to £40,000 Permanent Are you fluent in German and experienced in managing key customer accounts, customer orders and long-term business relationships?I''m working exclusively on an opportunity with a major international organisation in the Hull area that is looking to appoint an experienced German Speaking Customer Service and Key Account Representative .This is far more than a traditional customer service role. You''ll take ownership of key customer relationships and manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing, working closely with internal sales, logistics and supply chain teams.The roleYou will: Act as a key day-to-day contact for German-speaking customers.Manage customer orders accurately from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.Coordinate customer requirements and ensure a consistently high level of service.Work closely with Sales, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve issues quickly.Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems.Proactively manage customer expectations and build strong long-term relationships.
