We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and growing team based in Leicester. This is a permanent role with flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming enquiries from customers in the UK, US, and Germany through various channels including email, phone, live chat, and social mediaCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and pass along customer insights to help shape product and service improvementsCreate and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to dateConduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and expectations metOffer a helpful and friendly service that reflects the company s values and commitment to customer careWork proactively to spot patterns or recurring issues and share these with the wider team Requirements: Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficialClear communication and good problem-solving abilitiesConfident with using computer systems and handling multiple tasks at oncePositive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively If you''re ..... full job details .....
